The people that make it work….

The key strength of our Training Team is that every one of them brings a huge level of direct hands on experience from within Health and Social Care which enables them to share their knowledge and expertise as well as leading and prompting scenario based discussions.

Our Lead Trainer is passionate about the learning experience and is driven to inspire others, this reflects in the vastly experienced and quality Training Team that he has developed. He is supported by a fantastic team of similarly educated, experienced and motivated professionals who are all DTTLS or PTTLS Qualified and / or hold formal teaching qualifications as well as invaluable sector relevant career based knowledge. We have specialists in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities, Elderly Care, NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety experts and Qualified Nurses with a breadth of experience and expertise.

Our Trainers are certificated; accredited and qualified to train in their particular area of expertise therefore we employ specialists within their fields rather than simply “jack of all trades presenters”.
At the very hub of the Fairway Training teams ethos is the quality of the learning experience. We do not engage in distance learning as we believe whole heartedly that shared experience, motivation, fun whilst learning, and shared knowledge is fundamental to the very highest learner outcomes.

Fairway Training do not provide “death by PowerPoint” our trainers “coach” and “mentor” as opposed to simply “presenting a series of slides” and they ensure that every individual learner is engaged, participates and enjoys.

Our aim is to provide a positive, stimulating and pressure free environment where via group discussions best practice is identified, where learners feel valued and their opinions are heard. Our Trainers encourage and promote a holistic approach to learning so that every learner leaves our courses motivated, refreshed and positive as well as focussed on the importance of a person centred care approach.
