Mental Capacity Act (MCA) 2005

Course Description:
This course is one of our essential courses for all staff working within health and social care working with young people and where the MCA applies. It provides the necessary overview information so that staff leave with an understanding of the principles of the mental capacity act, as well as the importance of embedding these principles into their daily working with individuals.

Course Duration:

The trainer will carry out an on-going assessment

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance

The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client or at one of our training venues
