Our Apprenticeships are designed around your requirements, to provide the skilled carers needed to keep pace with the latest developments in the Care sector and enabling your organisation to increase productivity and stay ahead of the competition.

Apprenticeships can be used to train new or existing staff, to provide an effective modern workforce. If you are a levy payer in England, your levy funds can be used for the training and assessment of apprentices.

Training is an incentive for many employees and can increase company loyalty as it can open up pathways for career progression and make staff feel valued. This in turn can reduce staff turnover.

Apprenticeship Journey We have clearly mapped out and defined your apprenticeship journey with us. Beginning with effective employer engagement carried out by our highly qualified employer team and culminating in an End Point Assessment. We understand the care sector and requirements of the apprenticeship standards and map these to your needs and expectations.

Advice & Guidance Fairway Training offers a confidential, impartial and objective information and advice service concerning learning opportunities, skills and qualifications and career progression. Our advice and guidance continues throughout the programme to ensure apprentices are on track and aware of what they need to do to progress. We also offer signposting and referrals to other agencies if we are unable to offer the information or advice you require.

Excellent Support As an employer you will be allocated a Relationship Manager who will be you single point of contact once you start your journey with us. Apprentices are also allocated a dedicated Learning and Support Mentor to support them whilst on their apprenticeship programme.
